Please read this Terms of Use Agreement carefully before using this site. By using this site, you signify your agreement with these Terms of Use Agreement. If you do not agree with any of the below Terms of Use Agreement, do not use this site. CitySoft Solutions, its group companies and successors (collectively "CitySoft Solutions" or "We") reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, alter or otherwise update these Terms of Use at any time and you agree to be bound by such modifications, alterations or updates.

1. TRADEMARKS, COPYRIGHTS AND RESTRICTIONS
All material on this site, including, but not limited to images, illustrations, audio clips and video clips, is protected by intellectual property laws and are owned and controlled by CitySoft Solutions or by other parties that have licensed their material to CitySoft Solutions. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. CitySoft Solutions hereby authorize the user of the site to view, print, copy and distribute information published by CitySoft Solutions on this site and related CitySoft Solutions sites that may be published from time to time, provided that: (i) the information may be used internally (by the user or any third party to whom the user distributes it) only for informational purposes; (ii) no fee may be charged for distribution of any information to any third party; and (iii) any and all copyright or other proprietary notices that appear on the CitySoft Solutions site, must appear on all copies that you make or distribute. We are dedicated to protecting personal information, and will make every reasonable effort to keep information entrusted to CitySoft Solutions secure.

CitySoft Solutions site are designed to allow visitors - clients, potential clients, analysts, partners and prospective employees - to learn about and interact with CitySoft Solutions. During your visit to CitySoft.net, we generally will not collect any personally-identifiable information about you, such as your name, address, phone number or e-mail address. 6. SUBMISSIONS
Any notes, message/billboard postings, ideas, suggestions, concepts or other material submitted will be received by CitySoft Solutions on a non-confidential basis and become the property of CitySoft Solutions throughout the universe and CitySoft Solutions shall be entitled to use the material for any type of use forever including in any media whether now known or hereafter devised.

7. JURISDICTIONAL ISSUES
(1) This site is controlled and operated by CitySoft Solutions from its offices within the Province of British Columbia. CitySoft Solutions makes no representation that materials on CitySoft Solutions site are appropriate or available for use in other locations. Those who choose to access this site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

(2) This agreement shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia. Any action you, any third party or CitySoft Solutions bring to enforce this agreement or, in connection with, any matters related to the CitySoft Solutions shall be brought only in the courts of the Province of British Columbia, and you expressly consent to the jurisdiction of said courts. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This is the entire agreement between the parties relating to the matters contained herein and shall not be modified except by CitySoft Solutions.
