1. Research and Planning Stage
A team consisting of a senior programmer as well as a client manager will meet with you to discuss your project ideas, objectives, target market, business units, competitive landscape, timeframes, budget, critical success factors, technical and tracking requirements and any extra needs or concerns. The end result is a business plan strategy developed to suit the client, outlining the project details and timeline.

2. Development and Testing Stage
The actual development of the project begins. The project will be formed to reflect the business plan. An alpha project will be sent to the client upon completion, to begin auditing and modification to the project.

At this stage, communication is vital. The client is provided with full details in order to be able to contact his/her appointed client manager, to provide feedback on the process of the project and if every need is being met.

Quality control testing will also be conducted at several points within the project timeline, to maximize client and user approval and satisfaction.

3. Final Product Evaluation and Training Stage
The final project is given to the client for a final evaluation, to make minor final adjustments. After all final adjustments are complete, the client will receive the full project coding/details/etc.
